AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are معهد كدون للتدريب النسائي  doing business as Kadoon Academy (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Saudi Arabia. We operate the website kadoonacademy.com (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer to or link these legal terms (the “Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

Please carefully read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) before becoming a student (the “Service”) operated by Kadoon Academy (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1 OUR SERVICES

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject use to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

2 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

2.1 Our Intellectual Property

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the Services (collectively, the “Content”), as well as teh trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”).

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Access the Services; and
• Download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access

Solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Except as set out in this section or elsewhere in our Legal Terms, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, upload, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our Services will terminate immediately.

2.2 Your Reviews

By submitting reviews, comments, or any other feedback (“User Feedback”) on the Service, you grant us the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Feedback in our own publications, including but not limited to marketing materials, website content, and social media channels. We reserve the right to edit or remove User Feedback as deemed necessary. By posting any Reviews, you grant us an unrestricted, unlimited, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, license to: use, copy, reproduce, translate, excerpt your Contributions (including, without limitation, your image, name, and voice) for any purpose, commercial, advertising or otherwise. Our use and distribution may occur in any media formats and through any media channels.

2.3 Guidelines for Reviews

When posting a review, you must comply with the following criteria: (1) you should have firsthand experience with the person/entity being reviewed; (2) your reviews should not contain offensive profanity, or abusive, offensive, or hateful language; (3) you should not be affiliated with competitors if posting negative reviews.

3 ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

In order to access certain features of the Service, you will be required to register for an account. When registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4 COURSES

 Our Service allows you to access a variety of online courses (“Courses”) offered by instructors (“Instructors”). We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Courses at any time, including the availability of any Courses. You agree that you will not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content available in the Courses, except as expressly permitted by the instructor or as otherwise authorized by us.

4.1 Workshops

Our service allows you to purchase a variety of in-person workshops (“Workshops”) offered by instructors (“Instructors”). We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Workshops at any time, including the availability of any Workshops. The information in our Workshops are highly researched and developed, but should not be used as a replacement to any professional licensing or training.

5 PAYMENTS

You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Service in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for such Service. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our refund policy or as required by applicable law. All payments shall be in Saudi Riyals. You are restricted to one course type per user, and we are not liable if you are to purchase more than one of the same course.

6 CERTIFICATES

Upon successful completion of a course, Kadoon Academy may issue a certificate of completion (“Certificate”) to acknowledge your achievement. The criteria for successful completion of a course, including but not limited to passing quizzes, assignments, or other assessments, will be determined by [Company Name] in its sole discretion.

The Certificate is provided solely for your personal and professional development and may not be used for any illegal or fraudulent purposes. Kadoon Academy reserves the right to revoke or refuse to issue a Certificate if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the criteria for successful completion have not been met or if there is any suspicion of academic dishonesty or misconduct.

The Certificate does not confer any academic credit or degree, unless otherwise stated by Kadoon Academy.

7 TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Idle accounts not signed in for more than a year will be deleted. Retrieval of the account will be given upon request. All data associated with the account will be saved and can be retrieved accordingly.

8 CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
